KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Quantum Cryptography Solutions to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings by providing valuable market insights and analysis.
• Support client engagements by crafting engaging presentations and business cases to facilitate client acquisition.
• Oversee project workstreams and contribute to a high-performance delivery team, ensuring project goals and quality standards are met.
• Engage in thought leadership initiatives by co-authoring whitepapers and presenting at industry events, while mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and industry knowledge.
• Implement and improve methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security, guaranteeing the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment through integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years of recent experience in implementing and/or performance testing Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), including integrating PQC algorithms into applications and protocols (such as TLS), and experience with cryptographic libraries (e.g., Open Quantum Safe, Bouncy Castle).
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; a master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage consulting projects and lead project teams in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating with technology partners to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Familiarity with global quantum security regulations and mandates related to critical infrastructure.
• Strong skills in engaging senior client stakeholders and simplifying complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes.
• Experience contributing to go-to-market strategies and enhancing practice visibility through industry involvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future employment-based visa sponsorship.
