Role Description

As a Quantum Engineer at Zero State Inc., you will play a central role in advancing the company’s quantum computing capabilities. This full-time, on-site role in Phoenix, AZ, involves developing and implementing quantum algorithms for molecular simulations, optimizing quantum computational frameworks, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams of scientists and engineers. You will also contribute to the integration of post-quantum cryptography solutions and assist in deploying advanced quantum-enhanced tools for bio-manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will participate in performance analysis and troubleshooting of quantum systems to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quantum Computing, Quantum Algorithms, and Quantum Simulation

• Strong knowledge in Computational Biology, Molecular Docking, and Longevity Science

• * Problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize computational frameworks

• Familiarity with machine learning tools for natural compound screening and data analysis

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Chemistry, or a related field

• Prior experience with quantum hardware and platforms is highly advantageous
