If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Post-Quantum Cryptographyto join our Advisory Services practice.Responsibilities:Contribute to the go-to-market strategy for our quantum security offerings by providing market insights and analysisSupport client engagements by developing and assisting in the delivery of compelling presentations and business cases to drive client acquisitionManage project workstreams and contribute to a high-performance delivery team to achieve project goals and quality standardsContribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as co-authoring whitepapers and presenting at industry events; mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and industry knowledgeImplement and refine new methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutionsAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum five years of recent experience in Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) implementation and/or performance testing, which includes: Integrating PQC algorithms into applications, protocols (like TLS), and services; experience with cryptographic libraries and providers (e.g., Open Quantum Safe, Bouncy Castle) or benchmarking the performance impact of PQC on system latency and throughputBachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree is a plusProven ability to manage consulting projects, contribute to practice growth, and lead project teams in a dynamic environmentExperience working with technology partners to deliver integrated solutionsFamiliarity with global quantum security regulations and critical infrastructure mandatesStrong ability to engage senior client stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomesExperience contributing to go-to-market narratives and supporting practice visibility through industry participationTravel up to 30%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
