The largest gains went to quantum error correction specialists, whose median package hit $245,000, and quantum software architects at $232,000. Remote-eligible quantum roles now represent 38% of all listings, up from 22% in 2025.

The salary data tells a clear story about which skills the market values most. Error correction and fault-tolerant systems expertise commands the highest premium, followed by quantum compiler development and quantum machine learning.
